I took up the MILT Leadership Course (which is based on Dale Carnegie s Course) which changed my perspective about life. This was immediately followed by the most influential organisation in my life, AIESEC. AIESEC is the world s largest youth run organisation and it provides an international platform for young people like me, to discover and develop our potential. It was here that I was able to meet people from 40 different countries and understand so many different cultures. It was here that I gained client management skills, HR skills, People management skills, planning and organizing skills and it was here that I actually understood what team work meant. Through my experiences in AIESEC, I was able to decide my future career, namely HR. ýAýAI pursued a management internship for 2 months with an export firm, & a part time HR internship (at DATS India in Chennai) that gave me practical experience in the field. Along with this, I also finished my part-time PG diploma in Human Resource Mgmt.
